WHISTLER SOUTH
Whistler South is where it all began in 1966, the first village site. It is now a unique mix of both old and new ranging from employee housing to prestigious, luxury homes. THE VILLAGE AND BENCHLANDS
Whistler Village is the hub of the resort where all the action is centered. This is where you will find restaurants, spas, shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, cinema, library, clubs, concert venues and cafes. The properties in this area cater mainly to short term visitors and often have restrictive covenants associated with them to assure our visitors have places to rent. Of the 7,700 properties in Whistler Village and Benchlands, only 42 are detached Residences. Many of the properties are ski in/ski/out. WHISTLER NORTH
